There's gonna be an X-Men Movie Twin Pack Asst. 2 which will include 8 brand new, carded action figure twin packs: 3x Kitty Pride and Logan, 3x Rogue and Bobby Drake (Ice Man), 2x Storm and Pyro. These are listed to start shipping this month.
So there'll be a Kitty, Bobby, and St. John figure so all of us will think they're cool! I already do!!

Not yet, Slarti...I'm still holdin' out for one around here somewhere...hopefully somseday they'll ACTUALLY BE RELEASED IN STORES. I think the people on Ebay all bought cases from somewhere and are breaking them up for a profit. And as much as I want a Nightkiddo, I'm just not willing to pay $16 for a $7 figure that should only cost $5. Of course, I'm a cheap little stingy bastard who still thinks that the price of He-Men in the 80s should stand today...especially if the figures are still of about that same quality, which the better part of Toy Biz's are. I'm willing to pay $8 for a McFarlane figure because they hire people who CAN ACTUALLY SCULPT!!!! I'm somewhat of an Action figure connoisseur, I guess...I really like them, and my stomach will agree that I spend too much (food) money on them. I think Toy Biz should stop marketing on name power and character recognition only, and should start putting some effort into their product...maybe start a tradition of quality that has never been present, ever since Secret Wars...and wasn't that like '86??
okay...enough ranting and grumbling, especillay since I don't think any of you are as into toys as I am.

I'm a big toy freak. I finally got my Nightkiddo about a week ago after 2 weeks of searching. I dont wanna open him cuz he was such'a hard find but man.. he's just screaming to be played with. Usually I only keep the cool figs in the packages unless I have an extra. I wanna get a 3rd Light-Up 'Crawler so's I can take him out of the package.. he looks so friggin' cool. I wanna see if he can go down in a pounce pose, ya know.. all hunched down and stuff. Same w/ Nightkiddo. But I think Kid's tail would get in the way. And his gloves are like, green. What's up w/ that?

Hey, KC, thanks for the info! You can believe that if I see a Kitty figure, I'll buy it on the spot. I have a few figures too. I bought the Kitty figure they made a while back b/c it was the only figure of her anyone had produced. Yeah, it was too expensive, but I'm a devoted fan. I also bought the Nightcrawler figure (the old one with suction cups) on e-bay. The find I'm most proud of is my Magik figure. I found her at Kay-Bee for less than $2!! She even came with Lockheed!! (He's worth the $2 by himself!) I haven't taken Magik out of her box, but Kurt stays out of his. He's actually in my car now! I've taken Kit out of her plastic too but put her back so she won't get messed up. I figure the only reason for not taking them out is if you want them to be worth money in the future. Since, I'm never going to sell the figures anyway, I take them out and play like a 5-year-old!
I looked in Kay-Bee for Nightkiddo. I didn't see him but did see a big Evo Wolverine and motorcycle set. Maybe that means they'll be getting more Evo toys. If I see more than one Nightkiddo fig, I'll pick it up for one of you who can't find one. We can work out a reimbursement details or whatever later!

Hey Grrlwndr, I got a Nightkiddo too. He doesn't bend much at the hips, so he can't crouch. but he's still very cool. I like to pose him on my window sill and just study him. The paint on the gloves is glow-in-the-dark. I'm not really into action figures. When my brother saw it, he looked at me like I was crazy. But this is such a cool and sexy little doll I just had to have one. Come to think of it, maybe I'm am crazy to think of a little plastic doll as sexy.

Gargoyles? I've never seen any of those at your house. Are you trying to hide something?

This is screaming for a comment but I can't think of anything.
My action figures are the same as my comics. Refugees from the bargain bin. The only exceptions are the Toad from the X-Men movie that Biscuit gave me, the Storm that a different friend gave me and the Captain America I found at the park.
Y'know, on the box the Toad figure came in, it says he's supposed to have "amazing jumping abilities" and it goes on to explain how you bend his knees and ankles then, "let go and watch him hop!" Well, I don't know if my entire family is just completely incompetent as far as set up goes, but we spent an entertaining evening setting him up on the table, bending his knees and placing his feet flat, letting him go and watching him twitch and fall on his back...

I'm sure if I ever get one, I'll think he's hot too. *pats Spat's hand* It's alright.

I found a Nightkiddo at Toys R Us about three weeks ago. He was the only one they had, but they had a ton of all the other characters. I snatched Nighty up and brought his home. The little missile on the set is really fun, too.
